Haksan Library
Haksan Library plays a pivotal role in supporting academic research and learning activities of the university community through the systematic management of research and study materials. It strives to meet the diverse and specialized needs of library users by collecting, organizing, and providing necessary resources. Furthermore, to actively respond to the rapidly changing knowledge-based information society, the library serves as the heart of the university by promptly providing various information services, including domestic and international electronic resources (e-journals, Web DBs), and academic journals.

As the core department for university informatization, the Information and Computer Center provides IT infrastructure and services to realize advanced technology-based learning, education, research, administration, and campus life. Student Dormitory
Incheon National University Student Dormitory opened alongside the Songdo Campus in 2009 to provide a safe, comfortable residential environment, foster an atmosphere conducive to studying, and cultivate personalities based on cooperation, concession, and consideration through orderly communal living. With the additional opening of Dormitory 2 (BTL) in 2018 and Dormitory 3 (BTL) in 2020, the Student Dormitory has resolved housing difficulties for students. It is equipped with various facilities for dormitory residents' healthy leisure activities and operates educational and recreational programs. All members are dedicated to creating memorable university experiences filled with dreams and romance for both dormitory residents and the entire university community.

Reserve Officers Training Corps(ROTC)
Our university's ROTC provides students with special educational opportunities to deeply understand their national defense obligations and responsibilities to the nation. This program systematically teaches the fundamental principles of national defense that protect national security and public peace. Under expert instructors, participating students experience military tactics, strategy, and leadership training. Through this process, students acquire not only military knowledge but also teamwork, leadership qualities, quick judgment, and problem-solving skills in critical situations. Furthermore, the ROTC prepares students to become future leaders who contribute to the nation and society with a greater sense of responsibility.

Center for Continuing Education
Established in March 1998 (approval received in 1997) as a national university committed to lifelong education for local residents, the Institute operates the Academic Credit Bank System allowing students to earn degrees. It plans diverse educational courses to foster a happier society where individuals gain not just knowledge but wisdom for an enriched life. In 2025, the K-Culture Center was established under the Institute to enhance cultural competence as global citizens, design intercultural education, and operate training programs for K-content professionals.

INU Startup Business Support Platform
Established in 2011 to propel Incheon into Northeast Asia's premier youth startup hub, the Foundation is Incheon's representative startup support agency. Its main responsibilities include systematic startup support programs covering all stages—from discovering and training entrepreneurs to startup preparation, support, and growth acceleration—as well as operating the Business Incubator. Through these efforts, it establishes a knowledge-based startup base university in the metropolitan area and contributes to local and national economic development.

Confucius Institute
The Confucius Institute is a public benefit educational organization established by the Ministry of Education of China to promote the Chinese language and culture worldwide. Currently, over 280 Confucius Institutes are established and operating globally across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Incheon National University Confucius Institute was established on August 28, 2009, in partnership with Dalian University of Foreign Languages. Certified native-speaking instructors dispatched by the Ministry of Education of China conduct the classes. In addition, high-quality instruction is guaranteed through educational content, textbooks, and curricula provided by the Chinese government.

Local Companionship Platform
