Performance-Sharing Event Celebrating the Advanced Industry Academy’s S Grade and Selection as a Top-Performing Institution

- Advances from A to S Grade in Just Two Years… Named a Top-Performing Institution in the 2025 Performance Evaluation

The Work-Learning Dual System Joint Training Center at Incheon National University (INU), led by President Injae Lee, received the highest S Grade and was named a top-performing institution in the “2025 Performance Evaluation of the Advanced Industry Academy for the Work-Learning Dual System,” organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.

The INU Joint Training Center received an A Grade in 2024, its first year participating in the program, and advanced to the highest S Grade this year, just two years after joining the program. The Center received strong evaluations across major areas, including achievement of trainee targets, participation of partner companies, continued participation of trainees, and satisfaction among trainees and participating companies.

On September 7, the Center held a “Performance-Sharing Event Celebrating the Advanced Industry Academy’s S Grade and Selection as a Top-Performing Institution” in front of UNI ZONE at the INU Student Union Building for students, faculty, and staff.

Approximately 700 students, faculty, and staff participated in the event. Coffee and beverages were provided at the venue, while the Center introduced the program’s achievements and provided information about the Work-Learning Dual System. Information about related training programs and participation opportunities was also shared through SNS.

The INU Joint Training Center operates practice-oriented education and training programs in cooperation with participating departments and companies. Going forward, the Center plans to continue developing training programs for different job areas and provide students with opportunities to gain practical experience.

Choi Jae-hyuk, Director of the Work-Learning Dual System Joint Training Center at Incheon National University, said, “Achieving the S Grade and being named a top-performing institution were made possible through the efforts of trainees, participating departments, partner companies, and University faculty and staff.” He added, “We will continue to develop education and training programs in cooperation with participating companies and provide students with practical learning opportunities.”

Meanwhile, the awards ceremony recognizing the top-performing institutions is scheduled to be held at 11 a.m. on September 21 at the Incheon Regional Office of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
