Incheon National University (INU), led by President Injae Lee, announced that it received Grade S, the highest rating, in the 2025 evaluation of the Work-Learning Dual System Advanced Industry Academy.

INU’s Work-Learning Dual System Joint Training Center received Grade A in 2024, its first year participating in the program, and advanced to Grade S in this year’s evaluation. The center reached the highest rating in its second year and was recognized for the operation and results of its education and training programs.

The evaluation reviews the overall operation of participating training centers and the results of their education and training activities. Both quantitative and qualitative indicators are used in the review.

INU received Grade S based on results in several areas, including participant numbers, participation by cooperating organizations, continued participation in the program, and satisfaction levels.

INU’s Work-Learning Dual System Joint Training Center provides practical education and training using university resources and field-based learning. The center works with participating departments and cooperating organizations to operate these programs.

“This Grade S rating was achieved through the efforts of the Joint Training Center, participating departments, and cooperating organizations,” said Center Director Jae-hyuk Choi. “After receiving Grade A in our first year, we received Grade S this year. We will continue to improve the quality of our programs and provide practical training opportunities.”

The center plans to continue developing its programs by expanding participation, preparing training courses in different fields, and providing support to participants throughout the program.
