
Incheon National University 2026 Entrance Ceremony
- 3,292 New Students Admitted: 2,734 Undergraduate Students and 558 Graduate Students -
Incheon National University (President: In-jae Lee) held the 2026 Entrance Ceremony at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 27, at the Main Auditorium of the Songdo Campus.
The ceremony was attended by approximately 500 guests, including new students and their families, as well as National Assembly member Il-young Jeong and Hae-yong Seo, President of the INU Alumni Association.
This year, a total of 3,292 students were admitted, including 2,734 undergraduate students, 469 master’s and integrated master’s–doctoral students, and 89 doctoral students. Hyeong-min Kim, a student in the Northeast Asian International Trade major, and Eun-bi Go, a student in the Nano Bioengineering major, delivered the freshman pledge on behalf of the incoming class.
In his welcoming address, President In-jae Lee congratulated the new students on their admission and encouraged them as they begin a new chapter in their lives. He emphasized the importance of embracing challenges beyond fear, respecting diversity with consideration for others, and making responsible choices that accompany freedom.
He also remarked that “the direction of one’s life can change depending on how one spends the four years of university,” and assured students that all members of Incheon National University would actively support them so that they can learn freely, take on challenges, and grow during their time at the university.
